"Tierheim" Munich: Adopting a pet from German Animal Shelter (English subtitles available)

Please meet the inhabitants of Munich Animal Shelter looking for new homes🥰

If you would like to adopt a pet in Germany, please consider visiting an Animal Shelter before going to a breeder. It is not only a cheaper option, you would also get great consultation and all needed support before and after the adoption.

In this video a very friendly colleague from "Tierheim München" is giving us a great tour through the Animal Shelter and providing a very extensive information about:
1. "Tierheim" Munich association introduction
2. Pet Adoption process from Munich Animal Shelter. Also Good-to-know when adopting each particular animal (e.g. examples parrots)
3. Adoption fees and future costs
4. How to engage in volunteer activities at the Animal Shelter
5. Social Day as team event for companies
6. Other services provided by Animal Shelter Munich: vet center including surgery station, dogs school, providing support also after the adoption, "wild animals station" helping hedgehogs, doves, even racoons

Among particularly overwhelming life stories from the Animal Shelter were:
- Ukrainian crow learning to fly
- most friendly goat and pig from the farm liquidation
- cutest dog forbidden as a pet in Bavaria
- poor cat having diabetes and so many more
