Dr. Pisecco is a child psychologist and recognized expert in the education of students with behavioral disorders. His company, Psychological Software Solutions is the developer of Review360 which is an integrated behavioral software system designed for use in both general and special education settings and used by school districts responsible for the education of nearly 2,000,000 students. Prior to cofounding to Psychological Software Solutions, he was a tenured faculty member in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Houston. A graduate of the University of North Texas, Dr. Pisecco was a Fulbright Scholar at Dunedin Multidisciplinary Health and Development Research Unit (New Zealand) and psychology resident at the University of Texas Medical School. He has written numerous scholarly articles which have been published in some of the field's most well-known journals.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
