This month we are teaming up with our friends at Snap Kenmore to help dispel some common misconceptions that people might have about going to the gym.

There are so many benefits to exercising and gyms can be a great way to maintain good health and fitness.

Something that often stops people from going to a gym is that they don’t know what to expect, or they feel intimidated by the equipment.

So this week, we are going to do a tour of Snap Kenmore with Club Manager (and friendly face) Justin, to show you what you might see in gym!

Snap Kenmore have pin-weighted machines, a free weights area and a range of cardio equipment and also offer group classes and one-on-one personal training. Upon joining, you’ll be taught how to use the machines and given a thorough induction of club processes. Snap also have a COVID-safe plan; social distancing measures are in place and disinfectant is freely available for you to wipe down any equipment before and after you use it.
