Original guy:    • How To Fix Bad/Low FPS On A Good PC On Min...   (he did it for normal mc but since lunar uses Zulu 16 now instead of java 8 u have to do some extra work)
This MAY or may not reduce the lag spikes that happen due to memory garbage collection, I'm not sure myself, try it, and please let me know in the comments if it worked or not.
Watch the original video it's only 30 seconds and because it's10x funnier and higher quality cause why not.

-Xincgc: Enables the incremental garbage collector. The incremental garbage collector, which is turned off by default, will reduce the occasional long garbage-collection pauses during program execution. The incremental garbage collector will at times execute concurrently with the program and during such times will reduce the processor capacity available to the program.

-Xmx2G: Specifies the maximum size, in bytes, of the memory allocation pool. Sets it to max 2GB.
Why do the second even tho you have 32GB of RAM? The more RAM you throw at java, the more inefficient it can get. It's like giving a kid a whole jar of cookies, hes gonna eat it all. Give him no cookies and he'll cry till you die. Give him like 2 cookies and both of you will stay happy.
