The sellers installed a drainage system in order to close the deal. But they moved water from once place to another and didn't solve anything. The new buyers were dealing with constant, debilitating mud around their house, when there was a drainage basin right there! We came and installed a proper drainage system and now the water flows right into the drainage basin, bypassing the yard completely. The homeowner is very happy to see that water goneeee.
