Easy Method to Make Sambar Masala Powder

🔶Ingredients:
1 bowl of whole coriander seeds
6 Kashmiri chillies
1 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon asafoetida (hing)
1 tablespoon Bengal gram (chana dal)
1 tablespoon urad dal
1 teaspoon large cardamom powder
1 tablespoon black pepper

🔶Preparation Method:
First, take all the spices and transfer them onto a plate.
Then, in a pan, mix all the spices and lightly warm them.
Next, transfer all the spices back onto the plate and put them into a mixer jar.
Add the red chili powder and grind everything together until fine.
Once the sambar masala is ready, let it cool down and store it in a box for future use.
