1. Detailed Discussion on Remaining Critical theories like Absurd Theatre, Existentialism, Post-Structuralism(Barthes), Structuralism, Russian School of Formalists, Pop Literature and Canonical Literature
2. Beginning with Probable topics for Literary Theory Essays

⚡️Wednesday, 5th June.

Topics Covered:

1. Continuing with our discussion on the probable topics; offering key statements, quotations, and lines from different schools of thought. All based on general understanding and also previous year’s question papers.

2. And not just discussion, but also talking, at length, on how to tackle such essays, what to make of them, which writers to write and which to avoid and how to structure the essay according to it.

⚡️Friday, 7th June.

Topics Covered:

1. A session on annotated reading of a couple of sample essays for Jamia’s subjective part in class.
2. Reading your essays in class and seeing if they are worth their salt and offer my personal feedback on it. And suggesting it’s strong areas and where it can be improved.

⚡️Sunday, 9th June.

1. MCQ Marathon of Solving Previous Year Question Papers in Class, and underscoring the repeating questions and key areas to focus on.
2. Based on the study of MCQ’s talking about key writers, movements, quotations and literary areas to focus on.
