Avengers vs Ultron Part 1. It's been several months after the destruction of GALACTUS, the world has changed. Tony Stark recovered Loki's scepter from the Earth's moon after the Battle of GALACTUS and has since been trying to create the Ultron Protocol with the help of Peter Parker. Captain America & Shield are over-seas trying to capture TaskMaster and an Arms Dealer who has been trying to sell the Super Soldier Serum that created the Winter Soldier.

At the end of the scene the two cosmic characters are the Celestials: Eson the Searcher & Arishem the Judge!
