In this video, I cover how to install and use the PublishPress Checklists plugin in WordPress. It's a free plugin that is readily available and works exceptionally well to make sure you don't forget vital components for your content.

For example, part of your checklist can be set as a requirement to make sure you have at least 1,000 words in your blog post. If you don't meet the requirement, PublishPress will not let you publish the article.

This works well in a team environment or if you need reminders to add certain elements of on-page SEO.

PublishPress is free to use, but it does have a premium version that will add more features and checklist items.

Personally, I find the tool to work exceptionally well and is installed on several of my own websites. It's helped me remember to add affiliate links, make sure I have enough internal links, and that I added the post to a category while including tags. These are a few things that I often forget.
