The heart of this episode revolves around Faendal, the soft-spoken Bosmer archer with a big heart and an even bigger rivalry with Riverwood’s bard, Sven. When you accept #faendalsrequest, you end up right in the middle of their romance drama — and only you can help Camilla see the “truth.” Delivering the letter unlocks Faendal’s friendship, gives him a reason to smile again, and — more importantly — unlocks him as a follower. We complete #faendalsrequest early in the video, and that sets the tone for the fun that follows.
Once Faendal joins the journey, I show one of the handiest early-game tricks: the archery training loop. As a skilled marksman, he can train you up fast — and because he’s your follower, you can take the gold right back from his inventory. It’s a cheerful little #skyrimarcheryhack that every Dragonborn should know, and watching it in action really shows how powerful it can be. Later in the video, we use the same #skyrimarcheryhack again so viewers understand exactly how to repeat it in their own game.
The whole walkthrough unfolds in a warm, friendly style — a relaxed #skyrimplaythrough where mistakes are welcomed, NPC sass is appreciated, and the joy of discovery leads the way. You’ll hear some amusing dialogue with Camilla and Faendal, witness the aftermath of decisions, and see how a humble Bosmer with a bow can become one of your most reliable early companions. A #skyrimplaythrough should feel like a shared adventure, and that’s the tone throughout.
And of course, Faendal himself shines. Whether he’s sighing about Sven, teaching archery with saintlike patience, or quietly proving he’s one of the best early followers in the game, this little journey celebrates everything that makes him memorable.
Join me, enjoy the story, and maybe pick up a few new tricks for your next Skyrim run.
