Hey family ❤️🤗 Tonight's video is all about letting go of caring what other people think of us, letting go of overthinking and craving validation from others in unhealthy ways - and instead seeking validation from within ourselves, developing our own sense of self worth and enoughness - and in that finding freedom.

I wrote all of the affirmations in the video from my heart, and these are just ways of looking at things that I feel I've learnt personally and have helped me to become happier and feel more free and at peace with myself and others.
