Sharing techniques to customize current action figures by painting or sculpting what is needed. Producing a figure the is either improved or just creating one from parts of other figures.

custom Keaton Batman cape with pleather. Using the original cape as a pattern I cut the pleather and pleated the material to sew it easily.

the neck is well glued and will not detach easily - It may tear.

You can reattach by using a tiny screw to hold it in place.

glue the new cape around the neck hole --- make sure all spline converge at the neck for a clean look.


You can add wires if you wish.

The material you choose dictates the gauge wire needed.
