But fear not, because today I’m whipping up a delicious, rustic snack using those premature bananas. Come join me and let’s turn this mishap into a tasty adventure together!

Ingredients:
Raw bananas
Salt
Water
Cheese powder
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Peel the raw bananas and soak them in a bowl of salted water to prevent them from turning black.

2. Using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer, slice the bananas very thinly.

3. Remove the bananas from the water and pat them dry with paper towels.

4. Place the sliced bananas on a rack and allow them to dry outside or in a well-ventilated area until they are slightly dry to the touch, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

9. While the banana chips are still warm, sprinkle them generously with cheese powder, tossing them gently to coat evenly.

10. Repeat the frying process with the remaining banana slices and cheese powder.

11. Allow the cheesy banana chips to cool slightly before serving.
