TANTRA HILL is located between Achimota and Ofankor, is one of the residential areas of the Ga West District. Tantra Hill is surrounded by other communities including Taifa, Achimota, Dome, Mile 7 and Sowutuom. It is a quiet neighbourhood with residents who are mostly migrants. This area is for professionals who are seeking accommodation that is relatively close to their workplaces.

Tantra Hill boasts of a large number of properties built by individuals and families, to live in themselves or to rent out, hence the high number of rentals in the neighbourhood. Many other apartments serve as rooms for students, due to the numerous schools in the neighbourhood.
