By responding to a series of prompts such as “number of doors” and “number of passengers” the interactive kiosk would determine the ideal Buick for you. Then you would be prompted to take the Competitive Challenge where the Buick previously selected by the system would be compared with models from other manufactures. The kiosk would ask which model you thought offered the highest EPA millage rating, computer command, or most headroom, and guess what; it was always the Buick. For each challenge it would present a brief explanation and promo for the Buick that had been selected. Does anyone remember seeing a kiosk like this at their dealership back in the day?
