Beginner's Guide To The Matrix Guard

Adding on to my last video covering the cross sleeve guard. One of the most powerful moves off of the cross sleeve guard is the matrix position. It has a cool name but actually not super complex. This move is best used against a tough opponent that tries to posture up out of your cross sleeve guard.
