Peavey Butcher FX Loop Install - Tone Demo

Another PEAVEY BUTCHER came in for service and a modification request. I recapped the amp, performed the adjustable bias modification and installed a Metro Amp Zero Loss FX Loop. Another common procedure is to update the output jack section to modern standards.

The Zero Loss FX Loops are my favorite loops to install. They are tonally transparent when engaged and they can be installed without affecting the sound of the amp whether on or off. To make room for this one we had to rotate the output transformer 90 degrees. This was a fun and easy install. I hope you find it entertaining and informative.
