0:33 - Coat the bangus with flour
0:39 - Fry the bangus until golden brown
1:11 - Melt the butter in a pan
1:23 - Add minced garlic and sauté until slightly brown
1:35 - Add minced bell pepper and stir
1:44 - Add oyster sauce and sugar and stir
1:58 - Add pepper and stir

1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 pcs long green chilies
