Behind every song, there is a story... and mine begins with "me too"...

It took me a few days to wrap my head around the purging of victims coming together and sharing one voice... "It happened to me too".

All of a sudden, in a global movement, I'm shoulder to shoulder with some of the most powerful women in the world.. having never met them, I too was sharing shame, a private world that only had room for me and my pain, and the constant state (measured in years), of " I can't say anything because no one will believe me"... When you're ordinary, or feel ordinary, you become the "norm"... and it affects you in every part of your life.

Now, I feel like I've joined my sisters and my brothers where we are all shining in our truth. We may all have different means... but we all have traveled to the same end, coming together and lifting the world up in our stories, supported by our faith and a circle of empowerment...

I'm so grateful that I now have the courage and the "stage", to share my story....May we all continue to be and become...Unstoppable.
