NOTE FOR LABOR RATE: Excavation according to working drawings & plot shouldn’t deeper than 4 feet from road level, complete brick masonry according to map, complete house plastering internal & external except ceiling, wood plates shuttering, steel fixing job of RCC lentils & UG tanks, machine job for concrete pouring, complete house plumbing (water, sewerage & gas), complete house electric piping, kitchen counter-top slabs & bathroom vanity slabs, boundary walls & parapet walls, safety grills installation (labor only), PCC flooring of complete house with ramp, niches according to map (additional niches will charge separately).
