Pedro Paramo by Juan Rulfo--Summary and analysis (the best mexican novel)

Описание к видео Pedro Paramo by Juan Rulfo--Summary and analysis (the best mexican novel)

Pedro Paramo by the Mexican author Juan Rulfo is the most famous novel in Mexico and possibly the best novel from Latin America. First let me tell you, I loved this novel. It’s the shortest, yet sharpest and crispiest novel I have read. In this video I am going to tell you about its author, summarise the novel, and tell you why this is the most haunting novel from Mexico. This novel has apparently started the magic realism in Latin American literature and inspired Gabriel Garcia Marquez to write one hundred years of solitude.

I'm on a journey to read unique books and stories from every country on earth , not only to understand the country, its people and culture better, but also learn storytelling so I can write my own novel one day.

I would very much appreciate if you subscribed, shared and liked my videos.
