'Armed and Dangerous;' Man escapes after arrest in alleged kidnapping of ex-girlfriend

A man accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend escaped custody while being taken for treatment after his arrest.
Lancaster police said they went to the Fairfield Medical Center after Quinntel Maurice Bagley escaped custody. He escaped from officers about an hour after his arrest and ran out of the parking garage into a wooded area, Grove City police said.
