Marine veteran Brent Shavnore, 35, of Pace, was charged in October with grand theft after Pensacola Police say he gutted the inside of a gaming computer and returned it to the store for a full refund.

The State Attorney's Office dropped the charges against Shavnore in February, stating there was "insufficient evidence to sustain a conviction."
