Ingredients:
500g (about 1.1 lbs) potatoes, sliced
1 liter (about 4.2 cups) water
0.5 tablespoon salt (for boiling water) + 0.5 teaspoon salt (for seasoning)
50ml (3.4 tablespoons) cooking oil
1 teaspoon dried garlic
Pepper and parsley to taste

Instructions:
Slice the Potatoes: Slice the potato into rectangular slices..
Boil Water: Bring 1 litter of water to a rolling boil.
Season the Water: Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water to increase its temperature.
Parboil Potatoes: Add the sliced potatoes to the boiling water, cover immediately to retain heat. Wait for the water to come back to a simmering boil. This initial parboiling step helps partially cook the potatoes.
Drain and Dry: Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove the partially boiled potatoes from the water and transfer them to an oven tray. Spread the sliced potatoes evenly on the tray to allow them to dry. This step ensures a crispy texture when frying.
Heat Oil: In a skillet, add 50ml of cooking oil. Allow it to heat for 2 seconds.
Shuffle Potatoes: Quickly shuffle the sliced potatoes in the skillet to ensure they don't stick. Shuffle a few times.
Stir Potatoes: After 2 minutes, start stirring the potatoes.
Season Potatoes: In the middle of the cooking process, add 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Stir the potatoes to evenly distribute the salt.
Crisp the Potatoes: Continue stirring occasionally until the potatoes develop a golden crust, approximately 8-10 minutes.
Remove from Heat: Once the potatoes are crispy, remove them from the skillet and place them in a bowl.
