Christiane Uhl is a passionate Executive Board member with attitude, straightness and values. She is a Managing Director of Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe, one of the biggest Brewery companies in Germany and still family-owned. Christiane is responsible for Human Resources as well as Internal Communications and took care of Compliance, Internal Audit and Process- and Project organization during her time with Paulaner as well.

Christiane started her career at Boston Consulting Group, where she left after 12 years as a Head of Human Resources. Besides many other achievements, she set up a centralized function, caring for all HR topics (e.g. Recruiting, Training, Career Development, Administration) and redesigned and implemented the HR processes for Partners and Managing Directors on a local and international level.
Prior to her start with Paulaner, Christiane was a Director Marketing and Sales with Dr. Hauschka, a premium and truly natural cosmetics company, where she was a member of the management board and in charge of all international and national business of Dr. Hauschka as well as for the new strategic positioning of the brand and the biggest relaunch of packaging and products in Dr. Hauschka’s history.

Christiane holds a state examination in law and a Master of Arts in Political Science.
