Hi Folks, in this video I am combining a bit of driving with a bit of hiking as I am taking you from Mount Cook Village (Aoraki) to the Lake Müller Lookout using the parking lot at White Horse Hill campground.

From there it's a short walk (10-15 minutes) along the Hooker Valley Track to first get to the Lake Müller Lookout and then to the 1st swing bridge over the Hooker River with a view of Fettes Peak (left), Mount Sefton (middle), and Mount Cook (right)

Lake Müller is situated near Mount Cook, also known as Aoraki, in New Zealand. Mount Cook is the highest peak in New Zealand, and it is located in the Southern Alps of the South Island.

Lake Müller is a small alpine lake located at an elevation of approximately 1,450 meters (4,760 feet) within Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park. It offers stunning views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains, including Mount Cook itself. The lake is often visited by hikers and outdoor enthusiasts who come to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
