I will see you how to Turn off Bedtime Reminder on iPhone that means you will not see a Sleep Health notification banner like Wind down is starting soon reminder on your iPhone screen.

Some iPhone users have to disable this notification without turn off sleep mode on the iPhone. So here are the settings that you have to turn on for stop Bedtime reminder notification. For iOS 13 & Earlier users will get tips for Bedtime reminder from the link given in the video description, But the Lateset iOS 14 or later user can find the Bedtime reminder in this way.

First of all open the health app on your iPhone, Scroll and Find the Sleep Analysis option, Now Tap on Full Schedule and Options then Scroll to last and tap on Options, Again scroll to Sleep Reminders under the notifications section, And Disable the toggle for sleep reminders.

Now you will not get the notification on your iPhone during Winddown time and sleep time. In Earlier iOS you will get the Bedtime reminder on the Clock app, and Now in the latest iOS update, you will manage this from the health app.
