In the last video in the comments people were saying it was patched...
Its not patched! I made sure to not speed up the video so you guys can see every step i do.
Make sure youre main character is above level 15 that way when you create new character the game gives you the free apartment...If you cant find car save youre last location and change sessions as much as needed...Make sure when you switch sessions its to a public session if you go invite session it will not work...Any other questions feel free to ask in comment section...
