Why having NEW YEAR’S GOALS is important

Happy new year! 2020 is here and that means New Year’s resolutions are in full effect. The new year brings optimism and hope, but it can cause us to get carried away with the goals we want to set. While setting goals is important, you want to make sure they’re realistic and achievable. For my first video in 2020 I’m reviewing the goals I had last year to see how I did, and setting new goals for this year. I hope this can help you plan out your own resolutions and stick to them!
