I used Laird's Applejack Brandy because it is very apple forward and will work well with the pomegranate juice.This is one of those easy brandy cocktail recipes that you can make at home. So if you are new to Apple brandy cocktails this is a great way to get into them. The Slim N Sexy is a great all year drink.

SLIM N SEXY

1.5 oz/45 ml Apple Brandy
1.5 oz/45 ml Pomegranate Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
1 Bsp/5 ml Agave Syrup
2 oz/60 ml Soda water to Top

Method

1. Add first four ingredients to the shaker.
2. Shake with Ice for 10-15 Seconds.
3. Fine Strain into a Highball glass over fresh ice.
4. Top with Soda Water.
5. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.
