500BHP Focus ST225 Gearbox Issues

Hi there so my car was running fine and well but after some time I could hear some noise coming from there gearbox. So I decided to get a new gearbox well second hand for £100. so I got the gearbox out with some help. so when I got the gearbox out I just need so swap the Diff over with new bearings and then back together and back in the car.
