These instructions apply to the Call Now Button WordPress plugin:
1 - Inside the plugin go to Settings
2 - Next to Plugin Type select Premium
3 - Scroll down and click Save
4 - Review and if required change your email address (an account will be created with this email address)
5 - Click Activate Premium
6 - Go to your inbox and open the email with subject "Activate Premium for [...]"
7 - Click the big green button in the middle of the email that says Confirm Activation
8 - You're now redirected to WordPress and the plugin will be upgraded to Premium.
