Kate Cox abortion case sets new precedent

Texas was key in dismantling Roe by partially upending it ten months before Dobbs. And now Texas is helping to set a new precedent in the anti-abortion movement by denying Kate Cox a right to an abortion despite her needing one in order to save her life. Texas congresswoman Jasmine Crockett joined American Voices with guest host Julián Castro to help break it all down.
