Exteriors :
Starting from the front, Tata’s signature grill has made its presence in Nano as well following Bolt and Zest. The headlamps are now different with blacked-out casting and Nano engraving. The front bumper gets a smiley face setup with round foglamps on either side. Moving towards the sides, they have left largely same as they were before. The rear though gets a few newer bits like a newly made bumper, similar to the front one. The tailgate is also touched up and now gets a handle to pop it open.

Drive :
Nano is powered by a 624cc engine mated to an Automated Manual Transmission. It develops a maximum power of 38.19 PS@5500rpm and a peak torque of 40 Nm@4000rpm. Despite the fact that these figures are not that impressive the low weight of Nano allows it to be peppy in slow moving city traffic. Though, the automatic could easily be felt shifting but it facilitates easy shifting. The AMT gets three modes A-automatic, M-Manual and S-Sport mode. The ride quality of the nex gen Nano is on par with its competitors but it has considerable amount of body roll. Steering gets active return feature making it easier to use and weighs reasonably at high speeds making it a maneuverable car.

Interiors :
Insides of Nano are very spacious and the large windows allow handsome amount of light making them look even bigger. Major additions include a newly designed steering wheel as in Bolt and Zest, the AMT lever between the seats add value to the interiors. Moreover, there is bluetooth connectivity in the music system, 4 speaker, two gloveboxes, driver information display. The rear passengers will get handsome amount of headroom and legroom, on the downside, there are no bottle holders or cup holders at the rear.

Verdict :
The all new Nano is a car that will be well inside your budget and the AMT variant will free you from using your left foot and left hand. It is certainly not the best car but in this money it is not a deal to ignore but grab.
