Not the most glorious, not the coolest whip on the block.. BUTT ( see what I did there ) This serve variation has been proven to be one of the most DEADLY serves there is when executed properly.

This serve is unlike a crazy cut, or a sneaky back door, or a lefty wam bam.. This serve needs the proper lead in, it needs excellent timing, and most of all it needs to be used!

Dropping people on serves has always been a thing, but since the rise of the cut people have seemingly forgot about this masterpiece. The single most valuable thing about this serve is it keeps the reciever HONEST.. it keeps them from cheating too deep which in turn allows them to handle your most powerful serves. It keeps them guessing!

A receiver who is consistently guessing is consistently missing!

Use it or lose it applies with this serve, although everyone can hit a soft serve, not many have perfected a drop. Spend the time to properly execute this and I promise you will be racking in those points!
