The Most Strategic Place in Thailand - Prachuap Khiri Khan

Описание к видео The Most Strategic Place in Thailand - Prachuap Khiri Khan

Today we're talking about a narrow land of Prachuap Khiri Khan.

When you saw a map of Thailand, you might noticed the narrow land in the middle.

With the width of 10 km, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province is the narrowest place in Thailand, connecting Southern Thailand with the rest of the country.

In addition, the province is a vital land connector between Chao Phraya basin and Malay Peninsula, enabling Siam to become a dominating power in Malay Peninsula until the early 20th Century.
