Ripple Music is pleased to announce the signing of Gin Lady for the release of their upcoming full-length album, "Before the Dawn of Time"

Formed in the Northern parts of Sweden in 2011, each member of Gin Lady is a gifted songwriter in their own right, and when coming together as Gin Lady the creative sparks fly. Highly productive and rooted in a sound that oozes early 70s, with plenty of classic rock alongside strong melodies with three-part harmonies. With a number of releases under their belt, the band have progressed with each one - refusing to stand still and gather moss.

The new album is the bands' view of the world that we live in today - both on a larger scale and as individuals in it. What are the important things in life? What can we do as fellow humans to make it a better place? There’s a darkness coming - or maybe it’s already here... as a veil it distorts the way we look at things.

The lyrics deal with our failure to communicate, the way we treat our environment and the way nature reacts when provoked by us, the ones that need to stand at the gates and say that’s enough, the fact that love, trust in one-another and hope is the only true way out of this mess and that the distance grows between our stars and galaxies. It’s dreamy and psychedelic in lyrics and arrangements, yet the sound is tight and organic.
Recorded live by the band in the best vintage studio in Sweden, Svenska Grammofonstudion, "Before the Dawn of Time" is set for a February 7th, 2025 release, available on Vinyl/CD/Digital formats through Ripple Music.
