I had the opportunity to film Ancel and Kyli's wedding at Vista West Ranch in Dripping Springs, Texas. This venue is known for its rustic charm, featuring weathered wood, aged tin, and stained concrete floors, offering a perfect blend of bohemian and rustic styles. Dripping Springs, often called the "Wedding Capital of Texas," provides a scenic backdrop with its rolling hills and mature oak trees, ideal for any wedding.

The ceremony took place in a setting that truly felt like a piece of Texas Hill Country, with the ranch showcasing a large Biergarten, complete with a bar, two fire pits, and a waterfall feature, all lit up by festoon lighting in the trees.

A highlight was the vows, where Kyli playfully referenced Taylor Swift, promising to be Ancel's forever "Love Story," which brought smiles and laughter from everyone. The reception was filled with Cowboys football humor, with Ancel vowing to love Kyli more than he loves watching Cowboys games, and Kyli playfully promising to let him have the remote on game days, but only if the Cowboys win.

I aimed to capture the essence of their day, from the intimate moments at the babies' breath adorned altar to the joyous dancing under the Texas night sky. Vista West Ranch provided not just the backdrop but also amenities like farm tables, fruitwood folding chairs, and a double commercial margarita machine, making the celebration one to remember.

This wedding video tells the story of Ancel and Kyli's love, set against the natural beauty of Dripping Springs, with all its local flavor and humor.
