I filmed this at 4k 30fps with no post-production enhancement. Although YI 4K+ max can reach 4k 60fps, but when EIS is on, I can only record at 4k 30fps. Hence recorded all the shots at a consistent resolution and frame rate. I also tried my best to walk and run at the same speed! LOL!

My verdict:
YI 4K+ EIS works pretty well if you are walking on a flat ground. You can still see jerks when walking up and down stairs, so do take extra care stabilizing on uneven ground. EIS also have the problem catching up with the speed of running hence it is a no no to rely on YI 4k+ EIS while running.

For smooth shots, I still swear by gimbal. Personally, I think it is redundant to turn on EIS as the difference is bare minimum. My suggestion will be to turn off the EIS and let the processor do other better job like recording at 4k 60fps with your gimbal!
