This is one of my favourite spin pole moves. You can do this move as a static pole, but it's so much prettier on a spinning pole!

Here are some points to remember:
Step the outside foot, diagonally one ft. from the base of the pole.
Pivot on your tip toes
Thread your inside leg through, and move your hips out and away from the pole.
You want to get your hips to the other side of the pole, so the pole tucks behind your knee pit
Inside hand is reaching high
Outside hand moves like a windmill, and reaches for the pole behind, towards your tailbone. I tuck the pole behind my tricep/bicep and against my forearm.
