To install WordPress on Windows 11 using WampServer, follow these steps:

Step 1: Download and Install WampServer
Download WampServer: Visit the WampServer website and download the version suitable for your Windows (64-bit or 32-bit).
Install WampServer: Run the installer and follow the prompts. It's recommended to install it in the default directory (C:\wamp64).
Start WampServer: After installation, launch WampServer. The WampServer icon in the system tray should turn green, indicating that all services are running.

Step 2: Download WordPress
Go to the WordPress website and download the latest version of WordPress.
Extract the downloaded ZIP file to a new folder. Name it something like wordpress_site.

Step 3: Create a Database for WordPress
Open your browser and go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin.
Log in using the default credentials:
Username: root
Password: (Leave it blank by default)
Click on New on the left sidebar to create a new database.
Enter a name for your database (e.g., wordpress_db) and click Create.

Step 4: Copy WordPress Files to WampServer
Copy the extracted WordPress folder (wordpress_site) to the C:\wamp64\www directory.
Your path should now be: C:\wamp64\www\wordpress_site.

Step 5: Install WordPress
Open your browser and go to http://localhost/wordpress_site.
You will see the WordPress setup page. Select your preferred language and click Continue.

Database Details: Enter the following:
Database Name: wordpress_db (the one you created earlier).
Username: root
Password: (Leave it blank)
Database Host: localhost
Table Prefix: wp_ (or anything else you prefer).
Click Submit, then Run the installation.

Site Information:
Site Title: Your preferred site name.
Username: Admin username for WordPress.
Password: A strong password.
Your Email: Enter your email address.
Search Engine Visibility: You can leave this unchecked (it doesn’t matter locally).
Click Install WordPress.

Step 6: Access WordPress
Go to http://localhost/wordpress_site to view your WordPress site.
Access the Admin Dashboard at http://localhost/wordpress_site/wp-admin using the admin credentials you set up earlier.

That's it! You now have WordPress running locally on Windows 11 using WampServer.
