Delhi hit & run case: Accused Scorpio driver, who hit Royal Enfield biker, arrested; vehicle seized

A man hit a Royal Enfield biker with his Scorpio suv car following a heated verbal exchange with the biker group, near Arjan Garh metro station in Delhi. The entire incident was recorded in a camera mounted on a bike.  When the video went viral, the police also took cognizance of it.  In the hit and run case, the police have arrested the accused Scorpio driver.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP) South, Harsha Vardhan Mandava said "On reaching the spot near Arjan Garh Metro station, a Royal Enfield Classic 350 was found in damaged condition. The injured person, identified as 22-year-old Shreyansh, had been taken to a hospital for treatment."

The accused Scorpio driver has been identified as 26-year-old Anuj Choudhary, a final year LLB student in a private college. The accused's Scorpio car has also been seized.
