87 Miles on The Cumbria Way, Solo Hiking & Wild Camping

Описание к видео 87 Miles on The Cumbria Way, Solo Hiking & Wild Camping

The complete journey of my solo hike through the length of the Lake District on The Cumbria Way, wild camping by rivers, in fields, surrounded by mountains, and bothying in Lingy Hut on the last night.

While I got lucky with the weather and the stunning beauty of the trail kept me in high spirits, there were points that proved to be physically and mentally challenging. The Cumbria Way was my second long distance trail I had walked, solo as well.

I do these trails to challenge myself, as the highs and lows teach me so much. There's no better way to learn things about yourself than to push yourself in an environment you're unfamiliar with, to test your limits.

Thank you to everyone watching and following along on my journey, I appreciate each and every one of you!

Also, my brother and I hiked Hadrian’s Wall to raise money for Mind, we got 55 miles in before we were forced to cut it short due to food poisoning from an Inn we stayed in! We're better now, and will continue the walk this coming spring, so if you’d like to donate and support us I’ll add the link below! It’d mean so much, and for a good cause!
