Vok Baths - Luxurious Spa in East Iceland

Vok Baths make the most of the naturally heated water to create a luxurious spa experience with amazing views of the rest of the lake and the surrounding countryside. Vok baths also boast a cafe and restaurant selling delicious refreshments which are primarily made from locally-sourced organic products.

A long time ago, locals noticed that when Lake Urridavatn froze in the winter, there were certain spots where the ice would melt. The Icelandic name for these holes is Vok, and they came to reveal hot springs streaming up to the surface from deep under the lake.
