Ingredients:

500g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed

1-inch piece of ginger, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 cup cream
Salt to taste

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.

In the same pan, melt butter and add the tomato-onion paste.
