Mendittorosa Sogno Reale, Rituale, & Orlo - Early Impression Reviews !!

In this video I am talking about 3 fragrances from the Italian perfume house of Mendittorosa: Sogno Reale, Rituale, and Orlo. Sogno Reale is an earthy, etherial and cozy fragrance that perfectly balances a sea note with a soft, supple leather. While the sea note is present, it does not dominate this fragrance. This is all about texture! The supple texture of smooth leather--that is there but not there--is perfectly balanced with specks of citrus notes and marine-like subtle facets. A love for me!!! Then there is a Rituale, a fruity floral fragrance that finds a warm sweetness from a beeswax note that, while syrupy in texture, provides almost a hay-like quality to this fragrance. While it opens a bit sweet, with juicy red fruits such as pomegranate and black current, the sweetness never enters the territory of sugary gourmand. An enjoyable fragrance that gets better and better as it dries down. And finally, there is Orlo; an aromatic fragrance with a peach note and plenty of aromatic woody oils and notes for an interesting olfactory experience. What an interesting house to discover!!
