I put a new battery in her to check what does and still doesn't work. It's summer now so the heat is on reaching 100 degrees. I was hoping the heat would loosen things up a bit and apparently it did ! I now have the power antenna, variable speed wipers, the rear blower and left turn signal all work. I pulled all the fuses before I left and will install all the new ones on the next trip over to the car.
