This demo model Foilfast® Printer (no longer available new) is a specialty digital printer equipped with a thermal print head that foil imprints artwork and titles and is designed to work perfectly with the Foilfast Title Sheets and Comp Cover™ line of covers. This 600 dpi printer will feed multiple pages using drop-in foil cartridges. Powis Parker will continue to manufacture foil cartridges to satisfy demand for the most popular foil colors; silver, gold, black, white. There is limited availability (until stock is depleted) on these low demand foil cartridges in red, green, blue foil and primer cartridges (required for printing clear covers).
The Foilfast® printer works like a standard ink-jet or laser printer, and is compatible with most popular design and layout programs, such as Adobe Illustrator, Quark Xpress, and Corel Draw and Microsoft applications such as Word or Publisher.

This discontinued Printer is Compatible with PC and Macintosh computers with earlier operating systems.
