I was wrong about Julia, she isn't the strongest female NPC of all time, it's actually Tammy the strongest! I never knew that, this is the very first time I challenged her in that video.

You can thank HelloWyrm from YouTube for that, if it wasn't him I would've never know that despite that I challenged almost everyone in every game, I never knew that because it was a sidequest.

Post-Hall of Fame, you can find a newlywed couple in one of the houses in Humilau City. Talking to them will unlock a small sidequest to climb the Celestial Tower, and ring the bell at the top. On each floor there will be a powerful female trainer that you'll have to beat in order to advance further up. The last one of them has a full team of strong Steel types, which on Challenge Mode are all Level 69. I guess that would make her the most powerful random NPC in the game.

It'd be neat if you could showcase that entire sidequest, 'cause it seems like not many people know about it."
