At the SCO Foreign Ministers' meeting in Beijing, S Jaishankar met with Chinese Vice President Han Zheng and called for open dialogue, expressing hope to sustain the recent improvements in India-China ties.

Air India CEO Campbell Wilson on Monday urged staff to stay focused and not be swayed by speculations and sensational headlines following the AI171 crash’s preliminary report, which found no mechanical or maintenance issues with the aircraft or engines.

The Centre told the Supreme Court it has "limited scope" to intervene in the execution of Kerala nurse Nimisha Priya in Yemen, set for July 16.

The EU chief said the bloc will extend the suspension of trade countermeasures against the US until August 1, allowing more time for talks. The move comes after President Trump threatened a new 30 per cent tariff on EU goods.

US trading firm Jane Street Group LLC has deposited ₹4,843.5 crore into an escrow account to comply with a directive from the Securities and Exchange Board of India. With this, the firm can resume trading activities in India.
